Policy

Tardiness /No-Show Policy: Students are expected to be on time to all lessons. Lessons will end at the scheduled time, even when students are late. If you are running late, notification to your Instructor is needed.

In the event that a student is not present to his /her scheduled lesson, the student will forfeit credit for that lesson.

Cancellation Policy: There is absolutely no long-term commitment with us as we have a standard monthly booking program. If you wish to cancel your lessons, simply let us know when you like to stop taking lessons.

Since lessons are paid on monthly terms. That means you will not get refunded for lessons if you cancel during a month in which you have already paid.

Rescheduling Policy: In the event that you need to miss a lesson, you MUST notify your Instructor 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson date to receive credit for the lesson or no credit will be issued

Your Instructor will then reschedule a different lesson date in accordance with your available schedule for that current month or will have the option to credit you for your first lesson the following month. Credit lessons must be made up within 30 days from when the lesson was originally scheduled. In the event that the lesson is not made up within the 30 days, the payment credit for that lesson is forfeited.

A maximum of one (1) lesson per calendar month may be canceled or rescheduled. Please get in touch with the instructor if any accommodations are needed.

Payment Policy: Payments are processed and set to auto-renew on the 1st of each month through our secured billing system for the current month.

Payment is made for the number of lessons reserved and scheduled for the current month. To ensure proper billing, you must ensure that the correct number of lessons is scheduled for the calendar month. Any changes must be made before the Payment Date to take effect for the payment process. Note that the Payment Date is followed even when it falls on a weekend or holiday.

All private lessons must be paid in advance. In order to give me proper notice and secure the time slot, payments must be received at least 3 days in advance of any lesson. If we are unable to collect payment from you at least 3 days in advance of any lesson, we reserve the right to reschedule the lessons or release the time slot to other students.

Other: I understand that by participating in the Service, I hereby authorize ROSITA RUIZ and its agents, successors, and assigns to photograph and /or videotape the student and/or our voice (s) without restriction and to utilize such photographs /videos and /or voice transcriptions for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to, the promotion and marketing of the Service, and I agree that I will not be entitled to receive any compensation whatsoever of any kind as a result of such use. *Please let the instructor know that you feel uncomfortable about being photographed or videotaped. If not communicated, you are accepting being photographed and/or videotaped.

When booking classes, you automatically acknowledge and accept these policies and agree to comply.
